REFUND / RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your items should arrive damaged, faulty or are not as you expected, please contact us as soon as you can and we will be happy to organize a replacement or refund at our expense. This must be done within 14 days of you receiving your order.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We will refund any items you have changed your mind on within 14 days of receipt if they are returned to us in original packaging - unused and undamaged.
